HANDWRITING ON THE WALL
The blog experience, what is it? Did you just smile or raise an eyebrow at my question? I know it makes me smile and laugh when I think about all of the thousands, maybe even millions of blogs. Here to express ourselves are we, the wannabe rhetoricians, poets and otherwise gatekeepers of our own thoughts. It's fascinating. That's all for today, just looking at that proverbial "big picture." Truly is a work of art.

Comments:
josé that reminds me of Joseph Brodsky writing in his wonderful essay on "the condition we call exile" (1987 or 1988) in the NYRB as a writer you should compare yourself with a book placed at a wrong place in the library, found there by chance or forever forgotten and lost, or with the she-dog laila shot into the orbit with no one waiting for her return, remind that the only thing you have might be the language of your own - that is your challenge and your commitment and forget the vain quest for reputation. i put it in my own words , having it not here where i try to remind this convincing idea.

cheers (and happy new year) kyle
