Philly Phun
In Philadelphia I decided to tour, visiting the area of Olde City. I started at Front street then took a bus to South street with my handy, weekly bus pass. It cost 28.50! Yowzah! This is one expensive town when it comes to public transportation. $3.00 for a one-way fare. Anyway, I saw an authentic Scots trio, with bag pipes and resounding solo drum. They long kilts, heavy beards and wool robes said these guys were truly into the spirit of it all, and the lack of underwear proved it definitively! When one lad kicked his heels up you saw London and France! I wanted to snap a shot, but I decided not to. Besides it's best if described. They also looked like they smelled of 13 century Scotland! The music had a bouncy vibe. Reminded of men without hats. "You can dance if you wanntt-oo..." Now I'm in New York again...back to Philadelphia on Friday!

Comments:
this scot encounter reminds me of a scot soccer team i met on my retour from london to berlin recently. their lower legs are frightening, surely they can smash anything on this world to mash, like a hord of elephants. hugs from berlin
